Just to say I’m very pleased with the work both Darren and Mark did and they were more than helpful with any queries we had.

ESP seriously came to my rescue today! While getting renovations done, my electrician flagged that he wasn’t comfortable or registered to remove an in-house alarm. We didn’t know if it was still connected and the alarm company disbanded more than 10 years ago, so I was at a loss who to call. Literally within an hour of calling ESP an electrician was at my door, ready and able to disconnect the alarm. The builders were able to take down the wall it was attached to and prep the area for my kitchen, which was arriving the next day. By coming out so quickly, ESP saved me so much money! I didn’t loose any time in the build or need to arrange and pay for another installation date.

I couldn’t recommend them more!

My partner and I found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having opted for the wrong Security company for our new-build home. Sloppy installation by any standard, riddled with faults from the outset, and possibly the worst post-sale customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Suffice to say, shopping around for the most reliable, professional, and competent provider in the market was imperative, and I’m pleased to say that I found just that in ESP Security. From the initial phone conversation with Carloline, to the no-cost and no-obligation call out by Joe, to the follow-up contact by Brian, to the actual rip out, repair and replace by installers Mark and Darren, the entire process could not have been any more positive. Other than using high-end security hardware and the knowhow to assess and implement, what’s clear is that they are a sincere group of people that’s indicative of a great company to consider.

I contacted ESP Security based on the positive comments customers had left online. I wasn’t disappointed, firstly with the team in the office at the way the call out/appointment was made but also by Mark the ESP engineer at getting our alarm system up and running. Very professional. A wholly positive experience, I would definitely recommend ESP Security.

I submitted an inquiry and received a call from Caroline within 24 hours to discuss what we were looking for and when someone could come out to have a look and provide a quote. On the day of the appointment, Mark and Darren were on time and very respectful of the property as well as the neighbours. They were very meticulous in not only installing everything cleanly and securely but even asking me exactly where I wanted it and taking care to match the decor / layout of the house. They were polite, professional, and efficient, and a lot of work only took a few hours. Mark even programmed a few different options on my alarm to cater to our current and future needs, which was especially helpful and considerate. He made sure to get the apps setup and showed me how to use everything and how to handle any incidents as well. And, I have to say: we’ve had a few folks come in for various jobs over the past few years and I always offer coffee or tea. But this is the first time that I’ve ever had someone wash and dry the coffee mug afterward – that is outstanding customer relations in addition to all of the great work they did. No mess, everything was discreetly and aesthetically installed, and we slept safe and secure that night thanks to the great work of ESP! Really pleased with the alarm upgrade ESP carried out today. Joe did a great job and was very thorough. The New Alarm control Panel and Mobile app were explained very well. Brian in the office was also very helpful and covered all of the options available to me. Would highly recommend ESP if you need a new alarm fitted or an old system upgraded.

Our alarm system required a new battery and I contacted ESP. Caroline in the office was very helpful in arranging the earliest appointment and rang back to confirm the cost of the battery.
Joe the Service Engineer arrived the next morning during the specified time window. The battery was quickly replaced and the alarm system checked for faults and general operation. Joe also gave us some useful tips and guidance for using the alarm system effectively. The call out charge initially looked high, but the level of professional service, efficient repair and operational tips provided to us, justified the price. I would recommend this company whenever your alarm control indicates a battery change.

When the house is empty ESP Security make sure that the alarm system is fully monitored, so that an incident is followed up immediately.  They also provide cover when I am on holiday so that I don’t have to worry about the security of my home. I have been an ESP Security customer for more than five years and I’d recommend them to anyone worried about the security of their home.
