No live feed
One of the benefits of any modern CCTV system is real-time access to live images of your business premises, but often faulty wiring or inadequate power supply limits CCTV images to non-real-time images. Many businesses don’t even realise their security cameras are meant to display a live feed, possibly if the company that installed the system did not correctly set it up. ESP Security is regularly called to repair or replace faulty cameras, recorders, cables and power supplies, and can fix this issue promptly.
Poor image quality
If the worst were to happen, it is essential the images recorded by your CCTV system are as pinsharp and clear as possible. More often than not, poor lighting conditions and wrong settings result in CCTV images that are unusable. This is a major problem should you need the images for legal reasons. ESP Security’s accredited engineers are able to calibrate and optimise your CCTV system to correctly record and display images to their best quality, around the lighting conditions and environments of your business premises. This includes weather-shielding and night images.
Issues with dome cameras
When it comes to dome cameras, we often find customers either have issues with poor camera movement or camera views resulting in blind spots and lapses in security, or their CCTV systems are recording too much and affecting a third party’s privacy. Our seasoned engineers are able to fix both these issues, calibrating and adjusting cameras for blind spots and privacy zones.

It is essential your CCTV system’s hard drive is fully functional, and has a working backup drive too.
